Respecting Our Immigrant Community

We are aware that today, Thursday, February 16 is being organized as “A day without Latinos.”

MFHC is strongly committed to supporting our immigrant families in our communities. On November 29, 2016, as fears began to rise within our immigrant community, the MFHC Board of Directors and MFHC Leadership Team approved the following resolution: www.mountainfamily.org/board-resolution-on-non-discrimination.

MFHC is committed to our mission and ensuring delivery of high quality healthcare to our community, so MFHC is open this Thursday, February 16, so that we can serve our entire community, including immigrants, consisting of 17,000 patients that rely on MFHC as their healthcare home.

We encourage you to join our Advocacy Taskforce, so that you can ensure our elected officials hear your voice and the voice of MFHC. If you are interested in joining the MFHC Advocacy Taskforce, please let Danyelle Carlson (dcarlson@mountainfamily.org) know of your interest.
