We’re on a mission to bring integrated care
to the Roaring Fork Valley

We need your support to expand our Basalt Health Center. Plans are already underway to move in early 2018 from our present 234 Cody Lane address into larger space at 123 Emma Road — formerly the Bristlecone Mountain Sports store.

This new clinic will serve 3,500 patients each year—more than triple the present 1,000—and it will include dentistry for the first time.

“We need the community to come together so that we can expand our services in Basalt, where we don’t have a dentist,” says Ross Brooks, Mountain Family’s chief executive officer. “We also want to expand the number of behavioral providers on site.”

The Basalt expansion will help Mountain Family achieve its goal of providing fully integrated clinics with medical, dental and behavioral care throughout the Western Slope’s Eagle, Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys. At present, only the Rifle clinic offers that complete range of care.
