When we say that Mountain Family’s mission is to provide health care without regard for ability to pay, we mean it.
Uninsured patients can access care on our sliding fee scale, which is based on a patient’s income and ability to pay.

Colorado Indigent Care Program (CICP)

The Colorado Indigent Care Program is not insurance. For those not eligible for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid) or CHP+, the CICP program offers discounted health care services at participating clinics and hospitals, including Mountain Family Health Centers. Co-pays at Mountain Family Health Centers are between $15.00 and $40.00, while lab fees range from $10.00 to $35.00. You may qualify for the CICP based on the income guidelines below. This program is primarily for adults. For children and pregnant women, ask us about Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid) and Child Health Plan Plus.

Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid)/CHP+

Medicaid, now known as Health First Colorado, was expanded as part of the Affordable Care Act. You and your family may qualify for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid) or Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) health care coverage. We can help you understand what is available, and we can help you apply.
